Abstract

The proposed Center for Research in Artificial Intelligence in Speech and Audio Processing for National Security (CÉZAR) has set as its main objective the research and development of modern multilingual speech technologies based on large AI models that are immediately usable by the Czech security community and adaptable to individual security agencies without the need to transfer data.
