Abstract

The main emphasis of the paper is put on the resources modelling, simulation, and optimization during the project life time. The 4 main parts of our model are described: portfolio, project, human resources and connection to other tools for project planning or scheduling.

Annotation

The paper is focused on modelling of project portfolio in Renew tool based on Object Oriented Petri Nets (OOPN). It presents a possible way or concept for project portfolio control and optimization with respect to specific characteristic of individual projects.
