Abstract

Risks as such are appearance in all sphere of business with some probability measure and with a size of incidence by the occurrence. Ability to work with risks, taken it into account, schedule their precautionary measures and execute their correctness by the occurrence make successful more successful already by the bid as well as by the realization of project. Contribution deal with view on risks which occurred in it projects. View is taken from project manager side. It point at their fundamentals of usage and their usefulness. Also, one part of contribution are area of assignation of risks, area of rating of risks, area of creation of precautions for the risks and supervisory management of precautions for the risks (verification). Here are described inputs and outputs in detail by the parts.
