English abstract

The survey of increasing the controlability/observability of the internal nodes of a digital circuit is presented. The classification of elements of an RTL circuit is described, it is based on the evaluation of their possible role during the test application. On the classification a methodology is developed the goal of which is the identification of registes for partial scan.
