Description

Tool for extracting and enriching software mentions from scientific publications. The tool can also be used for disambiguation based on URLs obtained during the enrichment step.

The software itself is a multi-step pipeline that uses LLMs, search engines, and smaller verification models. All these stages are described on the following pages, including the usage and installation guidelines.
