ERASMUS+ CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS (STUDY PERIODS, E+ INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY OUTSIDE THE EU, WORK PLACEMENTS)

We are announcing calls for applications for:
1/ Erasmus+ study periods at SMS to take place during the summer semester of the 2026/2027 academic year (1 February – 30 September 2027)

Please apply by completing the application form in the STUDIS module, which will be open from 31 July 2026 to 15 September 2026. A presentation on opportunities for study placements abroad, as well as the application procedure and deadlines, can be found HERE. The list of institutions you can choose from as part of the selection process will be displayed in the application module in STUDIS. More detailed information on partner institutions can be found on the FIT website and on the websites of the individual universities. The list of available places is available at:

Erasmus+ mobility outside the EU – summer semester studies for the 2026/2027 academic year. Please apply by completing the application form in the STUDIS module; a placement in Switzerland is available at the Universita della Svizzera italiana, code CH LUGANO01.

2/ Erasmus practical placements in the summer semester of 2026–2027 (1 August 2026 – 28 February 2027), standard 60–90 days, or short-term placements for PhD students (5–30 days). Please complete your applications in the STUDIS module by 15 September 2026.

The maximum duration of funding for Erasmus+ placements is 3 months. The host institution for the placement may be either a company or a university; this is not subject to a bilateral agreement

Required attachments: Applications for both practical placements and short-term practical placements for PhD students must include a completed and confirmed Traineeship Agreement, or an email confirming acceptance onto the placement at the relevant institution.
