Abstract
This work deals with comparison of the most used protocols and services for file transfering. These are file transfer protocols such as FTP, FTPS, SFTP and SCP and protocols CIFS/SMB and NFS. The work especially compares the security of certain solutions, in particular user authentication possibilities.
