Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis discusses parametres of wireless networks and concentrates on questions of their security, monitoring and analysis. It describes how to configure  and analyse them with monitoring device Airmagnet Laptop Analyser. As the case study we analyze the wirelless network at FIT. We create a map of wifi covering of the buildings. This work also include problems of large  Wi-Fi nets - mesh networks, roaming and quality of service (QoS).
