Abstract

My work puts mind to ethnical and juridical issues which are connected with excercising IT in human society. It maps history of ethic and significant ethic ideas, which have influenced all the world. It defines basic notions like profession ethic or IT society and explanes relation between information, data and knowledge. Describes meaning of research, development and education in society. Enumerates common moral fundamentals, ethic codices for computer professionals, other IT professions and for example usual users of the internet as well. Designates individual spheres of IT on the basis of law and introduces norms belonging to that. Deals with Copyright Act and tries to find the most important problems, which are connected with that.
