Intermodel registration of medical 3D data

The main aim of the project is a research and developement of algorithms for mutual registration of intermodal images and their similarity comparison. These algorithms are crucial for practical usage of outcomes of the research performed at both departments, bringing the results closer to the clinical praxis. The applications would decrease the amount of ionizing radiation during certain radiology examinations and also bring more diagnostic information.
