Annotation

This paper is a technical report or a cook book from CERN describing our experiences and results with LDAP replication. Replication is one technics how to implement share directory over LDAP protocol. Because of off-line update of our LDAP database we could not use standard replication daemon. However, we managed to modify parts of replication process in such way that our database is daily replicated. Another successfully solved issue is a translation of CERN local LDAP database to the shared format recommended for HEP sites.
