Annotation

TSQL2 is the consensus upward-compatible temporal extension to the SQL-92 language standard. It represents a simple and consistent database back-end to model, manipulate, and query temporal (time-varying) data. We present the temporal data model behind TSQL2, and time ontology used. We present new TSQL2 literals, functions, operators and predicates. We describe extended syntax and semantics of the most important TSQL2 statements.
