V článku jsou popsány principy a techniky analýzy testovatelnosti. Dálejsou prezentovány optimalizační metody pro výběr registrů do řetězcescan společně se softwarem implementující metodiku.

In the paper, principles and techniques of testability analysis on RTlevel are described. An optimization method for the selection ofregisters into scan chain is presented together with the softwareimplementing the methodology.
