Abstract

This paper presents tools for learning and training test generation and design for testability techniques and algorithms developed at the European universities and institutions involved in the IST-2000-30193 REASON (Research and Training Actions for System on Chip Design) project. The tools are offered for teaching purposes; they help students to get better understanding of testing topics; they are added to a handbook about testing written by REASON project partners. Some tools are implemented as Java applets and run at the reported web addresses and others can be downloaded from the web pages together with documentation.
