Subject specific learning outcomes and competences

The students will get acquainted with the current status of the graphics application interfaces and standards for computer graphics. They will learn in detail the capabilities of the current graphics application interfaces and their limitations, with the tools for their exploitation and expected future development. They will also learn about the status and possibilities of standardization in computer graphics and multimedia. Finally, they will get acquainted with the ways of obtaining the standards and implementation of systems compliant with the valid standards.

The students will improve their skills in work with literature and practical abilities with C/C++ programming.
