To deepen and widen studens knowledge of management and acquaint them with contemporary management methods. The attention will be also paid to historical owerview of managemnt, deepening knowledge of the skills of managers in working with people such as leadership, time management, team work, measurement in management, managerial models, process and project aproaches and some foreign experience.

Subject specific learning outcomes and competences

Students be made familiar with the modern approach to and application of management including development connections and possibilities of leading of employees, time organizing, process management, managerial model aplication.

Learning objectives

The main objective of the course is to provide students knowledges of modern approach to and application of management, basic concepts, content, structure and practical application. The course is also recommended approaches needed to address management problems especially at the level of corporate organization type. The course is a follow-up to Corporate Management.

Knowledge acquired in the course Corporate Management I.

Controlled instruction

Checking of results of semester project, results of the processing of presentation topics, check the results of the knowledge test. In case of excused absence from seminars, the teacher can set an additional condition if appropriate, usually elaboration of partial written task.
