Subject specific learning outcomes and competences

Knowledge on double-entry accounting principles and rudiments of corporate economy.

Learning objectives

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with enterprise types, and with the possibilities of obtaining a trade licence (trading certificate or licence deed) and founding a company as an individual enterprise or venture. Students will be also acquainted with the possibilities of determining the fastest and most efficient way to found a company -- for both the roles of company founder and business advisor. The students will be acquainted with the common problems facing almost all entrepreneurs, including how to obtain a bank loan by the submission of a business plan.
