This SDK includes dynamic libraries for Windows with a C-language interface that provides face detection, accurate localization of 68 facial landmarks, and detection of motor vehicle license plates. The SDK is optimized for size and uses our own implementation of convolutional neural network inference. The total size of the 32-bit version of the SDK and the 64-bit version of the SDK, including neural networks, is less than 10 MB.
