Nové možnosti tvorby MKP modelů z CT/MR dat
Článek se věnuje problematice tvorby MKP modelů lidských tkání z CT/MRdat. Práce je podporována grantovým projektem GA~106/98/K019. Hlavníoblastí praktických aplikací je biomechanika člověka a medicína.
This article is dealing with problems of creating FEM models of humantissues directly from CT/MR data. The work is connected to grantproject GA~106/98/K019. Main area of aplication of described method andalgorithms is in subject ``biomechanics of man'' and in medicine.Main topic of the article are ``new possibilities of direct creating ofFEM models''. Currently we are working on: better automatization ofsegmentation of tissues from CT/MR data; creating small FEM models withbetter quality and creating FEM model of group of tissues. Our futurework is: boolean operations with FEM models on mesh level and reductionof number of elements and nodes of FEM models.
