Abstract

Wikis have recently become a widely accepted tool by communitiessharing knowledge on the web. KiWi, an EU FP-7 project, aims atdeveloping knowledge management system (KMS) enhanced by the SemanticWeb technology and motivated by the wiki-way of collaborative contentcreation. Brno University of Technology is a member of the KiWiconsortium responsible for development of tools supporting meta-dataannotation and logical organization of textual content by means ofadvanced information extraction techniques.
