Měření finanční výkonnosti podniku
Tento příspěvek se zaměřuje na problematiku měření finanční výkonnosti podniku a představuje sedm vrcholových ukazatelů tohoto měření. Ukazatele modelující finanční strategii mají pro celý systém strategického řízení i strategický systém měření výkonnosti prioritní význam v tom, že definují očekávaný finanční výkon realizace strategie a slouží jako konečné cíle pro cíle a ukazatele všech ostatních strategických oblastí. Měření výkonnosti podniku má za sebou dlouhý vývoj a vrcholové finanční ukazatele zůstávají klíčovými ukazateli.
This paper is engaged in the financial performance measurement issue and presents seven top indicators of this measurement. Indicators simulating financial strategy have the priority importance for the whole system of strategic management and also for the strategic system of performance measurement in terms of defining expected financial output coming from the strategy realization and is instrumental as the final goals for the goals and indicators of the other strategic areas. Company performance measurement passed a long progress and the top financial indicators remain within the key indicators.
