Implementace objektového rozhraní zdrojových kódů pro kodeky GSM Full Rate a G.723

The aim of this project is to develop an object interface for GSM Half Rate and G.723 codecs in such a way that versatility and hardware independence is ensured. It is expected to create a wrapper class to implement an interface of the codec, add the methods for encoding and decoding and convert constant data declaration to statick parameters of the class. The main file of the whole program should contain declaration and possible initialization of 32 objects - instances of the predefined class. Each of the object is capable to call its own methods. With regard to the unavailability of sufficient hardware testing equipment in real-time it would be necessary to test the functionality of the codec on samples of signals stored in PC files .
