This paper describes our most recent effort in the field of monitoring and controlling wireless sensor network. We developed multi agent based system that is able to monitor wireless sensor network and it is able to send "commands" to network nodes so basically it can control the whole network. By monitoring we mean that we can obtain values measured by network nodes as they arrive to the base station. By controlling we mean that we are able to change behaviour of the network by injecting mobile code that represents artificial agent that runs on the node and controls the node sensors and its behaviour. Paper describes basics of our system and focus is put on case study that describes agent sent to network than measure some temperature values and travels back to our system via base station.
