The main goal of the paper is to present a new tool for project opportunities management. In these days, when a global business is faster than ever before, it is necessary to have an overview of important issues in a company. With this we can decide what is the most important or where we have to put more effort. The overview allows us to make the right decisions when we get hundreds of project opportunities. The pre-project phase is exactly the moment which can save a lot of money. It is obvious we need a special tool for this. Finally, we discuss possible directions for improvements.
