Aplikace automatizující operace vrácení peněz pro API systémů GDS
The aim of this thesis is to analyze and implement various operations of a requiring a refund on a given Global Distribution Systems (GDS) systems in a form of an application that automates these operations in an effort to speed up processing, save agents time and unify all these operations into one running in production application, which will be implemented as a service running on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a complete result tracking, data analysis, error detection and easy extensibility.

The publication of the diploma thesis is in accordance with the provision of § 47b par. 4 of the Act no. 111/1998, about universities and about the change and supplementing other laws (Higher Education Act), as amended, delayed by 3 years. The reason for the delay of the publication is the protection of intellectual property and the fact that the thesis contains business secret in the sense of the relevant provisions of the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code.
