Abstract

This technical report describes overview of a system for managing video-data and metadata and one of its component - ViAn server. This component is responsible for storing and accessing videos and for storing, reading and querying data extracted from them by sensing modules. The report describes APIs provided by the ViAn server,
video system supporting basic operations with video streams and a simple GUI for ViAn fundamental functionality demonstration.
