Abstract

This paper describes how information security can be improved by implementation of correct processes. The international standard ISO/IEC 20000 is used. An example is provided by ANECT a.s. company, a general supplier in the information technology area (system integrator).

This paper deals with information security. Information security is usually perceived from the well known ISO/IEC 27000 point of view. The ISO/IEC 27000 series, also known as the ISMS family of standards, provides best practices on information security management system (ISMS).
