The article is fucused on integrated approach apllication to risk management in software project. There are described the processes of Project Risk Management which conduct risk planning, identification, analysis, responses, monitoring and control on a project, generally. Finally, there are summerized the main results of realized analysis.

In this paper we characterize and study the processes of Project Risk Management which conduct risk planning, identification, analysis, responses, monitoring and control on a project, generally. There is explained what risk management is, and then are discussed some common developmental risks. Especially, there is specified process risk quantification in detail. Our method for risk assessment in Software Development Project is introduced. We describe the possibilities risks assessment in the feasibility study phase of project. This is very useful for decision making about project accepting or refusal.
