Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to create a digital storage oscilloscope with logic analyzer so-called Mixed-Signal Oscilloscope utilizing FPGA circuits. Thesis covers development of a FPGA kit as digital circuit of device. Furthermore it covers development of analog circuits, where main focus is to simulate input circuits utilizing model of oscilloscope probe, giving expected parameters of oscilloscope. Finally, thesis covers development of necessary firmware and software. The device has been implemented successfully achieving specified goals.
