The outcome is a set of software and algorithms that can be executed on a computational server (cloud) for processing more demanding data processing tasks. Its applicability is similar to V3, with the assumption of running on PC servers. Modern tools for creating scalable cloud systems were utilized for this purpose. From the perspective of the InSeM project, it involves the integration and utilization of results obtained in the project. The data for V4 is sourced from the results of V1 and V2. Some of the algorithms used in V4 were implemented in the outcome of V3. The use of the OpenCL framework for implementing V3 enabled their utilization in a server environment as well. Within V4, these results were evaluated for the chosen platform and used as a component for image preprocessing. Algorithms for image and radar data fusion were developed within V4. This method is described, and its performance is evaluated.
