The realized functional sample is composed from two PCBs, one provides controller represented with AURIX TC277 microcontroller and the second one provides drivers with power devices and from bipolar stepper motor. The main contribution is the control algorithm which realizes microstepping and thus reduces the noise which is normally present in full step operation of the stepper motor. Another feature is integrated stall detection which enables to operate the motor in given range without the requirement on position sensor.
