An increasing scale of exploitation of sensors with embedded computer systems providing "intelligence" and communication subsystems providing "connection" generates a fear from cyberattacks. This fear increases with increased dependence of applications, such as industrial, energy distribution, traffic, and security ones. The goal of the project is to continue the research conducted in SECUSEN project with focus on industrial and traffic applications and to add to the already achieved security of sensors a possibility of bulk signatures of data, time stamps, but also optimizations of implementation of security algorithms, such as CPUs with accelerator units implemented in programmable hardware (such as FPGA) and research of a connection to a real sensor hardware with focus on integration into applications, energy consumption, and other application features.
