The proposed project (EBSIMARKET) envisages the creation of a pan-European
platform for bonds of small and medium-sized enterprises, which are one of the
main tools for the recovery of the European economy affected by Covid-19 and the
Russian invasion of Ukraine. Such a platform for issuing, purchasing and trading
blockchain bonds could become one of the sources, or another channel to raise
around 1 trillion for European SMEs. EBSIMARKET aims to improve the access of
small and medium-sized enterprises to external financing at a time when
macroeconomic conditions will have an adverse effect on the availability of funds
and worsening access to bank loans.
