Abstract

The book offers collection of opinions by thirteen experts from five countries on the issue of age management and the challenges for our future lives.
The first part of the book, ACTUAL CHALLENGES OF AGE MANAGEMENT IN CENTRAL EUROPE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT, includes chapters concerned with the general topic of age management, bringing cases from the Czech Republic and Austria.
The second part of the book, AGE MANAGEMENT IN RESEARCH, is dedicated to three research studies from Germany, Iceland, and Bulgaria emphasizing the perspective of age as a variable influencing the processes studied.
The third part, AGE MANAGEMENT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SECTOR, MARKETING COMMUNICATION; AND CZECH LEGISLATION, describes three specific areas of age management application. This book should serve as a source of knowledge as well as inspiration for all the readers committed to changing around the age mosaic or to thinking about the near future regardless of their profession, country of origin, gender, and age.
