Abstract

To date, a lot of publications were focused on increasing charge carrier mobility by
synthesis of new organic semiconductors or suitable morphology of organic semiconductors
in area of organic conducting channel. While progress in this area is significant, very little
attention had been so far focused on integration of these materials into units and in particular
to an electronic circuit due to the complexity of this problem.
This study is focused on organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), characterization of
these transistors and identification of relevant parameters for logic circuit. Based on
established parameters, simple logic circuits were designed. The main object of this study
involves the preparation and characterization of OFETs which will be used in logical circuits.
The obtained results will help to construction of more complex circuit with the prospect of
industrial application.
