Abstract

The paper is oriented to a novel approach to the synthesis of non-conventional wire antennas exhibiting wideband or multi-band behavior. The synthesis is based on the time-domain moment method analysis of wire antennas and on their multi-objective genetic optimization. Antenna matching in the selected frequency band and its maximum gain are cho¬sen as the two basic criteria of the multi-objective optimization.
