Updating NEL Scripts After Breaking Changes in HTTP Archive

This work updates the toolset for collecting and analyzing Network Error Logging (NEL) HTTP headers from the HTTP Archive following significant database schema changes implemented in late 2024. Since the previous scripts were rendered non-functional by these updates, the project focuses on adapting the collection framework and SQL queries to the new unified dataset format. Two extraction methodologies were developed: a transitional approach using regular expressions and a more efficient direct SQL method leveraging structured key-value pairs. The updated framework ensures continued, reliable analysis of NEL deployment while improving the overall robustness and clarity of the extraction logic.
