Abstract

This paper presents aworkflow layered model from the view of quality of processes or services. Itdeals with an assessment and calculation of performance criteria in singleworkflow processes such as: time, price and quality. The workflow system canevaluate a state of the products or services in each point of processing and isdivided into three layers (sources, workflow management system and workflowprocesses), whereas each layer covers the processing of its specific tasks.
