Abstract

Contribution is devoted to the investigation of the asymptotic behavior of the solution
of a special type of second-order difference equation. The considered equation is the discrete
analogue of the Emden-Fowler differential equation. The aim is to improve
the asymptotic estimates of the solutions that have been already found by the authors.
