Abstract

Tento článek popisuje metodu evolučního návrhu, která je vhodná pro automatický návrh malých kombinačních obvodů. Tato metoda využívá kartézské genetické programovaní. Pomocí vytvořeného návrhového nástroje se podařilo úspěšně navrhnout řadu číslicových obvodů, např. násobičku 3x4 bitů, řadicí síť, obvod počítající medián apod.

English abstract

The paper describes a method suitable for the evolutionary design of small combinational circuits. The method utilizes Cartesian Genetic Programming. Various digital circuits were successfully designed by means of the method, including multipliers, sorting and median networks. The evolved circuits are presented and analyzed.
