Abstract
The transition processes in central and Eastern Europe have entered their second phase. During the first phase, the emphasis was on constructing the market economy institutions, the rule of law and integration with different international organisations. The current period puts forth the construction of a globally competitive economic strukture and increased efficiency of the rule law.
