on-line selection procedure for Erasmus+ employee trips, 11.4. - 17.5.2024

We are announcing an online selection procedure for Erasmus+ staff trips for study stays or training implemented in 15.6.2024 - 31.1.2025. Employees fill in applications via Google form; access to the application form is only possible via BUT e-mail. One application = one institution; an employee can submit multiple applications.

For those interested, we provide an overview of the partner institutions (the Erasmus code is in the column "Detailed information"). Staff training is not bound to a bilateral agreement and can be carried out at universities, such as work shadowing or "staff Weeks," as well as at non-university workplaces. In the case of a trip to a university, the consent of the contact person is always required; in the case of non-academic staff, the written permission of the employer - the head of the institute - is also needed.
