Scientific activities

Lukáš Sekanina is engaged in the research of bio-inspired artificial intelligence, especially genetic programming, and applications in the fields of automated design, approximation, and adaptation of hardware and software. He is among the frequently cited scientists in the fields of Information & Communication Technologies [Plos Biology 2020, updated 2024] and Computer Science [research.com, 2026].
