Description

C++ implementace Skrytých Markovových Modelů. Tato implementace obsahuje pro trénování Baum-Welschův algoritmus a pro vyhodnocování Viterbiho algoritmus. Umoňuje pracovat s modely obsahující jeden Gaussovský model s diagonální kovarianční maticí na každý stav.

English description

C++ implementation of Hidden Markov Model classifier. In this implementation, each state of HMM consist of single multidimensional Gaussian with diagonal covariance matrix. The framework contains Baum-Welsch algorithm for training and Viterbi algorithm for classification.
