Abstract

The project aims to change the way network security is monitored by integrating
Large Language Models (LLMs) into the Flowmon platform to enhance explainability,
interactivity, and automation in processing and interpreting network data. In
modern enterprise environments, traditional monitoring tools often generate
complex data that is difficult to understand and respond to in real time,
especially for non-expert users. This project addresses that challenge by
developing an intelligent, natural language-based interface for users and
automating the triage of security events through LLM technology.
