The project "Improving the Quality of Software", which is being conducted at FIT BUT for Red Hat Czech Ltd., includes research and development works in several mutually complementary areas concerning various aspects of software quality. This report briefly presents the main works that were conducted within the project in 2018. The most important activities in 2018 were, in particular, static and dynamic performance analysis, differential analysis of different kernel versions, and various improvements of the 2LS static analyser.
