Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and implementation of a service for processing, storing, and visualization of time-series data, which informs about actual malware threat. Time-series data are stored in a time-series database, and visualized in the form of charts and tables on a created website. The work examines simple statistical methods for detecting extremes on real system data. In addition to an overview of information, the created service provides the possibility to define alerts for the user set anomalous behavior of malware. The service provides analysts with a visual view of malware spreading and its detection, and provides a way to detect anomalies.
