Abstrakt

Tento příspěvek pojednává o vrstveném modelu workflow systémech z pohledu kvality procesů a služeb. Základem představeného modelu je třívrstvá architektura, přičemž v práci jsou detailně popsány všechny vrstvy a také veličiny, které do těchto vrstev patří.
