Abstrakt

This paper deals with a description of wireless sensor networks at thebeginning. Further follows the introduction to the agent platformsuitable for wireless networks and description of security aspectsessential to these types of networks. Smart card described later, is ahardware unit suitable for acceleration of cryptographic operations. Atthe end, we discuss the combination of agents in wireless sensornetworks in conjunction with usage of cryptographic protocols forsecuring of wireless networks.
