Příspěvek navrhuje organizaci mezinárodního titulu v oblasti inženýrství v rámci EU-US ATLANTIS aktivit ILERT and DESIREE realizovaných evropskými universitami AGH (Krakow), BUT (Brno) and UJF (Grenoble), a americkými universities ERAU (Daytona Beach, FL), UA (Tucson, AR) and UCF (Orlando, FL).
